Committed to static-noise bleeding maximalist aesthetics, QUARTZVII takes influences from historic and surrealist philosophies, the 00’s and 10’s Melbourne graffiti art movement, 90’s anime and manga, low-poly and sprite video game graphic/interfaces and Y2k web, tech and fashion design aesthetics - integrated within occult and religious iconography in pursuit of depicting and mythologizing of the spirit and spiritual war-fare the human soul battles through the sinister cognitive dissonance of modern existence.
